  • Contact Information: We collect your business email address and name (if provided) in order to generate and email your assessment reports, share benchmark updates, and coordinate scheduling calls.

  • To email you the executive report and Excel data diagnostic spreadsheets.
  • To facilitate free strategic follow-up consultations.
