1. Authorization to Assess Submitted Domains

By submitting a website URL/domain for assessment, you warrant and represent that:

  • You are the owner of the submitted domain, or are an authorized representative or employee of the business owning the domain.
  • You authorize Gr8Bear to crawl, inspect, and evaluate the publicly accessible HTML, links, product catalogs, schema markings, and technical structure of the website.

2. Permitted Use of the Service

The Service is provided to evaluate e-commerce store quality for AI agents and search compatibility. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or harm the hosting servers, crawler engines, database, or API performance (such as through spamming, DoS attacks, or automated high-frequency testing).
  • Access or scrape the admin endpoints, code base, or private database parameters.

3. Nature of the Assessment Report

The assessment results, scores, suggestions, and generated PDF/Excel reports are provided "as is" for informational and strategic advisory purposes only. While we base our recommendations on 20+ years of domain expertise, Gr8Bear makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the absolute correctness of scores, indexing outcomes, or search ranking results by third-party search engines or AI systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code structure, custom icons, algorithms, and reporting formats of the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Gr8Bear. You are granted a limited license to download, print, and distribute the generated assessment PDF and Excel reports for internal business planning purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

In no event shall Gr8Bear or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or the implementation of recommendations contained in the reports.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gr8Bear operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
